**Position Summary**

As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning duties to ensure offices, retail spaces, and other commercial properties are kept in pristine condition. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**

– Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, lobbies, and other common areas
– Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors
– Empty trash and recycling bins and restock supplies
– Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
– Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment
– Follow cleaning procedures and safety protocols
– Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors
– Ensure high standards of cleanliness and professionalism at all times

 **Qualifications**

– Previous experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning is a plus
– Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions
– Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
– Physically able to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
– Reliable transportation to and from job sites
– Ability to pass a background check if required by the client
